I installed this carburetor myself into my pool line chainsaw and had it running in no time! It works very well indeed! Would definitely recommend both the product and the seller to anyone interested in a new carburetor for their pool on chainsaw.

Exact fit for my saw. Will buy again. I get old saws all the time (same model just different color and name is. Craftsman) and this is a cheaper than buying a new saw.

Got this kit a day after ordering. Installed yesterday. Installation wasnt too bad, i havent figured out how to get the carb off without bending the throttle linkage yet but i just bent it back once reinstalled, the lines were nice, a tight fit and most of the work getting them into the fuel tank holes. Only issue i had was from the metal rod that connected the two butterfly levers. This rod wasn't on OE carb and it hit the plastic engine cover. I had to trim that metal rod to get throttle to function with the cover on. You could also trim the inside of the cover but it looked important to keep dust out of the cooling fins. In the end, everything fit and looked OE. It started first pull. The air settings were pretty close but it still toyed with them and my old saw is back to running 110%

this kit saved a poulan p3314 that my dad had given me. when he gave it to me it was leaking gas out of the tank, the carburetor would flood, i couldnt get it to start when i acquired it. the kit is perfect because it comes with all new hoses which replaced the dry shrunken ones and sealed the leak. the carb fit perfect and the included adjuster tool was a big help fine tuning the idle screws. it started right up and idled great upon replacement, but i needed to adjust the high side idler screw for full operation.

I, like others, trimed a little off the inside of the lid cover to accommodate the throttle, but all was well. And it sure beat buying a new saw. I used it on a poulan.

Fit my P3314 very well. Better construction than the original carb, throttle control is all metal. Had to make a small modification to the inside of the engine cover. Saw started right up.

After installing on my chainsaw the throttle linkage was binding and the choke wouldn’t engage. I ended up taking it apart and using the gasket’s and diaphragm to rebuild my old carburetor

Fuel lines, spark plug, and primer bulb got my saw going again without having to replace the carb. The carb looks very similar to the stock one. This was just a little more than a tune up kit for the money so I figured having a spare carb laying around wouldn't hurt. The air filter is a very tight fit. Watch a youtube video on how to replace fuel line, do NOT drill out the fuel line holes.
