So far Im very satisfied. Im 510 and an athletic build. I have a standing desk and a chair of course so I wear it to work under a shirt mostly since it seems kind of weird to me just to wear it out in open space. I have noticed I slouch quite a bit when I sit and stand so I thought I would give this a try. It fits nice, and helps keep my posture correct. When I take it off my posture is great for a couple hours and then I notice I have to remind myself to stand correctly. Ive only had it for about a week and havent been to religious on wearing it every day but I think if I did (which i will try to do) then I think it could eventually help long term. I think another great time to wear is it if you are going on a long drive. It definitely helps when you sit because half the time you dont even notice you are slouching. I never really had much backpain so I cant say anything for that but as far as broadening my shoulders and walking more straight then this definitely works. Just get yourself in the habit of wearing it for a few hours a day and I think youll be happy with it.

Great product for the price, seems to work well. There is not a night-and-day permanent, immediate change, but when you put it on it is clearly forcing your shoulders back to a more appropriate position which does seem to naturally improve your posture and start to strengthen your core.To actually see "permanent" results/change (I put it in quotes because I'm sure your posture would start to slip back without continuing strengthening exercises ad infinitum) you will need to wear this essentially every day for most of the day.As for durability, we've only had it for a month and a half or so, and so far it has held up.We'll be buying another one if and when this one breaks.

This brace has made my posture so much better. Before my back was in pain all the time because of my horrible posture, but after using the brace for a month now, there is no more pain and my posture has improved significantly even outside of the brace! Highly recommend this purchase

Brace is easily fitted, is mostly comfortable. I definitely needed some posture support, especially sitting in front of a computer most of my work day. I feel that after only 2 days I am more aware of my posture and can take steps to prevent slouching!

I just wanted to gave it try but didn't put so much hope. What a surprise? It turns out this product really corrects my posture. After wearing it a few days, unconsciously I maintained the same posture without noticing it or forcing myself to do it.

Thanks for changing the size quickly for me and at no additional cost! I liked the support I received after the sale and I'm enjoying the product, I have felt less pain in the back! I would like to know more similar products.

i tried a few of these, and this is the only one that works well. it's made well and is comfortable, all things considered. It may look large and bulky, but it's not and the design is well thought out.
