Entire chapter on mindset - "...personality type that wants to help people, even when the help they want is borderline insane." That sort of gold is not available on wikipedia.4. Chapter on 'Size does matter' - clearly not in reference to this book5. "Hire slowly, fire fast" - don't forget that one after page two.Conclusion; the back page states "This guide is written to build knowledge slowly...." For that statement i agree, this book fulfils that promise.

Don’t waste your money it’s a quick read laid out in steps and definitely not a work book. I didn’t learn anything from it and may even return but hey a fiver is a fiver. It’s a shame because Emilia is very knowledgable and I’ve attended her training.

Book was so small - there was nothing to it!!! Read within 30mins and no indepth knowledge imparted.

I expected this to be short and consise but very little effort has gone into this. It took 40mins to read front to back and I felt like I learnt nothing. It lacks anything about SA of any real value or detail. Loads of typos as well, all around poor effort I am afraid.

Well on reading other reviews I can only assume the 5 stars are family and friends.This is self publishing at its worst. Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors and formatting errors. Of the 50 pages, only 40 have actual content.The information is thin to say the least and is full of regurgitated nothing and self promotion.20pence in a charity shop - possibly.
