Nt enough power - not 3000 psi as falsely advertised
What a mistake. This is by far the worst pressure washer I ever bought. Echo others that the pressure is like a garden toy, not a real pressure washer. I want a refund or exchange as a Prime member. The company that sold this wants me to send them a youtube video. Huh? That's for techies, not me. Just take it back, period. Instead, this seller wants to "wear me down" with incessant requests for proof written in poor English. How can anyone prove deficient PSI by a photo? What I unwittingly purchased was a weak pressure washer whose description capitalized on the features a knowledgeable buyer would want, however, those descriptions grossly exaggerated the psi. Amazon: Stay Away!

Thing is trash. Stopped working a month after I bought it. Tried getting a replacement from manufacturer and they never responded to my request for shipment for repair. Stay away from this company. Horrible customer service

NO Customer Sevice Contacts for solving problems
Delivery with missing Parts and No Customer Service Contacts on Manual .Parts missing : # 5: Cable stock and #7: Inlet Filter . Very poor assem bly Instruction, No Warranty Statement .

Absolutely the worst product we have ever bought on Amazon. Company will not support repairing or replacing, and Amazon will not hold their vendor accountable.

Won’t work
Liked it, used it twice and it worked fine and on the third it won’t turn out. Checked everything and can’t get it to turn on.

Stopped working after one use. No pressure and leaks everywhere. Took hours to troubleshoot. Waiting for return confirmation

I could clean under my finger nails with this machine. It is Definitely not a 3000 psi machine‼️‼️
