FnP CL Farkraft Ceramic Ethnic Electric Aroma Diffuser/Burner Without Oil

This aroma diffuser is lovely and the simple white colour looks great. I've been using it non-stop since I got it. A few days back, my diffuser stopped working (probably the bulb. It was inevitable) and I emailed the seller asking about the bulb, since I wanted to buy one and didn't know the name. They got in touch with me the next day and mentioned these are called Mirchi bulbs and they were sending me some spare ones. I was surprised!Today I received the package and apart from the promised four bulbs, they have also sent me a tiny tealight diffuser! I am genuinely floored by their sweet gesture.Now I am not saying that they can send another diffuser to every customer( no profit see) but the fact that they genuinely cared about my query is great. Ergo, the long review.Just buy this one. Will be a great addition to your room.

Seems to work ok. Not great packaging and low quality production. Extra bulb was loose in box despite a small wrapper (it had become separated in shipment I guess). The installed bulb has two tiny bolts that mount it to the socket. One bolt was installed and the other was loose in the diffuser. Also the wire plug for the wall is cracked - was that way when I took it out of the box.Totally functional but very low quality.

Works pretty well. Diffuses the smell well. Does not blacken walls like the diffusers that use candles. Bulb is decent and emits enough light. Needs quite some care that it is stopped immediately when there is no water or else the diffuser heats up pretty bad.

As soon as we turned on the item, it got very hot and there was a loud sound and the bulb inside stopped working. Looks like very unreliable and dangerous item as it might explode and catch fire etc. Called Amazon multiple times, they said return window has expired. They promised a call back from seller, but I haven't received any call or contact.

Beautiful and looks lovely lit up. perfume of oil a bit weak but obviously a stronger oil works great plus a spare light came with it great value for money

The lavender flav is too dull. You have to put min 15 drop to spread the aroma in a bedroom. The bulb under the pot defused in 2 days. They gave another spare bulb with it. That spare bulb also defused in 2 days. I am not getting the same bulb in the market as well. Sad.

Its way to small and the oil given with the diffuser is also not gud. It takes time to get heat up and spread the fragrance.

This is the worst experience ever. The defuser is damaged and the bulb with is broken. I need the product replaced. Also the delivery was terrible no one called only got messages that a delivery was attempted. Am pretty dissatisfied
