If I were rookie in martial arts I have considered this DVD excellent and I would give five stars. This DVD is about very basics of Jeet Kune Do. I have been looking for information more about trapping. But... Due to poor description I failed with gaining information deserved. This DVD is excellent for those who seeks information on Jeet Kune Do basics. It supplements even if You have got the "Chinetown Jeet Kune Do" book both parts and supplementary DVD. Even though this DVD can give some more inspiration. But do not expect any kind of techniques or chains of techniques etc. Just basics - stance, distances, straight lead punch, basic blocking, basic kicks that's all.
