My old Bose AE2 headphone cable frayed, and there was no way I was going to pay Bose $40+shipping for a replacement (seriously, that was the asking price).If you find that you don't need the volume control or microphone, this is a great replacement. The end that connects to the phone is a solid plastic, not that weird rubbery stuff Bose uses. The sound quality is identical, and I'm very happy I purchased this, would definitely recommend.

Better quality than the original
The original headphone cord for my QuickComfort 35 got bent. I purchased this as a replacement. It works great and the cord feels like it is better quality. Plus it is a few inches longer.

Saved a hearset from waste
My Bose headset went astray making all sorts of noise and I was ready to dispose of it when I found thia cable. It is perfect and the headset woks like new. Thanks for carrying spare parts!
