I can say after using this into the second week, my pain in my hips disappeared. I got off it once after a year to see if I needed it. Well, I was back on it because of pain. Since that happened, I believe this works. The price for all four is cheaper than the packs we get in the grocery stores. My husband also uses it every day faithfully.We add a 1/2 spoon to orange juice. You don't need to fill a full glass. We use very little in a small container.

I make gummy bears and used to buy the 1 ounce packages at the supermarket for $2.59. This saves me quite a lot of money buying in bulk. Quality Knox Brand and did i say saves a lot of money buying it this way.

What I use this product for:It seems to replace missing cartilage in one knee. I mix with Chlorella, Spirulina and Cinnamon. When I am ready to use it for breakfast dessert, enough fruit juice is added to a rounded tablespoon, to make it the consistency of apple sauce.

I use this as a supplement for my horses. It helps with strengthening their hooves. I am seeing a big difference in both my mares feet since I began this. Both used to chip and split quite a bit during the summer months especially due to stomping to get rid of flies. My farrier is pleased with the improvement, too!

Oddly enough I buy this as a supplement for my horse’s hooves. Works better for us than any of the commercial products available. Fed at a daily rate of 2 tbsp the bulk option is much more cost effective than the packets which are more readily available.

I give it 5 stars, but I really wish it came with some kind of measuring device. I use it in my morning tea, for arthritis, and have to keep hauling out my full set of measuring spoons.

A great supplement for tendons, ligaments, and joints! It also strengthens finger nails and toe nails. Add a couple spoon fulls to your diet every day and you will notice the difference.
