Yes same package plug you can use it as a gm factory scan tool using a pc or laptop with windows 10 pro edition . Scan tool works on 2011 to current on all gm vehicles

Will this work with Tech2Win as a vehicle interface?

Yes it will. It is the current interface for GM. You can use GTS or tech win. I use both at work on a daily basis.

Why this so expensive? This can be purchased through GM for 750

you dont have to be a dealer to buy from bosh. im buying one now at $750.00. and for $1200.00 you get a years subscription from GM.
