Supreme product and excellent customer service. My family and I love these barstools. They are very comfortable to sit in. They look great at our kitchen island. They are fully adjustable for our different heights. The stools are easy to assemble and are durable. We had an issue with one stool that had a bent frame on the floor and would not sit balanced without rocking. We emailed the vendor about it, and they responded that very day!!! A few days later, we didn't receive a replacement part, but the whole stool! This is unheard of nowadays, to have such superior customer service. I definitely recommend the stools and the manufacturer. Awesome product and service, couldn't ask for anything more.

I feel bad for giving this item 4 stars, because the stools are a fantastic price for what you're getting. But the bases are not quite as heavy as i would have imagined. The pleather like stuff seems like it may be prone to getting punctured, but fingers crossed it weathers well and i live to eat my words. Bought the chairs to put at a kitchen bar.

These are a great set that fits perfect for out counter height tops. My kids can lift up to eat or them be down for adults. They can lift really high so any size from countertop height to bat is perfect. We did receive some material damaged but they are replacing them. The only other thing I didn’t like was the padding felt a little thin for the seat so I’m worried it may wear fast.

I ordered new barstools for my apartment and saw how easy it was to assemble with the reviews. The bottom half (circular plate on the floor, and pressurized piston to raise the seat) was simple to put together, however attaching the footrest to the chair has been extremely difficult. The screws fit into the allotted places fine, but they don't screw into the threads very well.The barstools seem to be of good quality just from what I've seen. Some o f the chrome parts arrived with rust on them, but not a terrible amount to where it looks bad. Once they're put together, I will be able to better assess if it is worth the value or not. The parts sees to be strudy and in good shape.

I’m giving it 4 stars. I did not like that the instructions were just pictures. I had to figure out on my own how to install. Other then that the chairs are very comfortable and light weight.

These were tippy, I wouldn’t recommend small children on these chairs. I ended up selling these at a lost because the hydraulics on these chairs are horrible. Even when a 120 pound person sits on them the chair goes down about 2-3 inches! The seats tilt forward so you are sliding to the edge of the seat!

I got these for a great price of $120 for the 4 chairs I believe. They aren’t the sturdiest, but they look solid and I’ve received many compliments on how they look in my kitchen. If you’re looking for high quality, these aren’t the chairs, but for my family they work and look nice.

I have only put together 3 of the stools and only 1 out of 3 will adjust up and down. Two of them are all the way up and won't stay down or adjust to any setting in-between
