FIDIC Contracts: Law and Practice is sure to become the leading industry standard guide to using the FIDIC forms, and is the only book to date which deals with the whole suites of contracts, including the new gold book for Design, Build and Operate projects. The White & Case work is outstanding in its detailed consideration and treatment of the legal aspects of the interpretation and application of the Conditions, touching on many points that most people would not have encountered. Humphrey LLoyd, International Construction Law Review [2010] ICLR 386 Review: don't miss it, nothing is missing - this book is so much detailed you will find any particular or interpretation that you may require. References and citations from the Fidic guide and comments assist in understanding the meaning and the purpose of any sentence. The book encompasses the three major contracts of the rainbow suite 1999. The price is at the height of the content. Review: Simply the best - This is simply the best and most comprehensive book on the FIDIC Contracts. Despite its price is is a must for everybody who regularly is confronted with FIDIC contracts. Other books are also very good (in particular those by Jeremy Glover and Brian Barr/Leo Grutter respectively) but this one by Ellis Baker and Anthony Lavers is at least as good as all others together.
