I am currently using Burnz, Cutz, and Nyteshred. I know it sounds like a lot, but they all do different things to help me lose weight. Great supplement! Really works. I'm already pretty lean, but I wanted to burn some hard-to-get-rid-of fat on my sides. One bottle has almost eliminated it. I didn't change up my diet or workout program, so I'm attributing the change in body fat to Burnz. Right now I run 8 miles twice a week and lift four days a week. With all that I was still carrying a small amount of fat on my sides, but Burnz has decreased it quite a bit. Very satisfied with this supplement.

This product seriously work if you have a proper diet and training regimen with it. It will fire up your fat loss and help with tough areas if everything else is done right. I like that I dont get jittery from it since the caffeine isn't too crazy or anything. But, it will give you a good boost of energy to get you through the day. Recommened!

I started working out intensely in January and after dropping about 5lbs and reaching 21% BF I found myself completely stuck there. Did not really do anything other than make me have bad GERD and reflux stomach acid. It did cause me to go number two more often but, even with diet changes and exercise, did not see any difference in weight change. Took ut with food and without food just to see if that was the issue and it did not resolve.
