<3 <3 I feel amazing! And for less money! <3 <3
Holy cow I LOVE this thing!Sorry this is a bit long, but I want to be thorough and I want others to be able to enjoy a yoga swing at a much lower price with no worries.I almost went for the $100 version advertised on Facebook bc usually u get what you pay for. But I figured this would be another thing that would collect dust or turn into a coat rack like my treadmill. I only see 2 differences between this one and the more expensive one. 1. This one is only one color and has no tags attached to the swing seat and the more expensive one does (besides it looks slightly prettier, who cares?! The tags would probably annoy the crap out of me) 2. This one has the fabric at the top gathered around white rope that is tied to the carabiner and the more expensive one just has the fabric gathered around the carabiner. Now it doesn't look quite as nice but again I don't really care as long as it functions properly. The only things I can find wrong with it are just aesthetics and they are not a big deal at all especially when you are paying almost half the price. The fabric is very nice, strong and smooth. I can't speak for longevity but I don't see any real problems in the near future at least. As long as you set it up properly and make sure to use a structurally sound place to set it up, I see no future issues. Now for instructions there are none, more of a safety warning and a very vague general set up but nothing on how it is supposed to look or how the handles go or anything at all. It really isn't hard though, just find the set up video on YouTube for the more expensive one and you should have an easy time. I spent 10 or less minutes and most of it was just adjusting the fabric and handles from shipping. I used 2 heavy duty swing straps with D rings. They do give you daisy straps that would work just fine, I'm just paranoid and ordered them anyway because they didn't look very sturdy but seeing them now they seem just fine, they are just thinner but they are almost twice as thick as my swing straps. The daisy straps offer more height adjustments though and I may be switching over to those because now that I am used to using it I would like it to be a bit higher. I hung it from a thick exposed beam in my loft apartment, also the other reason I bought extra straps in case I needed more length. Now it does take a little bit to get used to especially getting in the thing haha but it doesn't take too long once u get the hang of it, I do reccomend hanging it a bit lower at first until you get the hang of it, like have the bottom of the seat come to the pelvic area. And that's another great thing about the daisy chains...u can adjust them to your liking. I will soon be adjusting the height higher so I can freely suspend without my hands touching the ground. Also take it easy at first....it feels so good on the back that you don't want to stop but if you are not used to it you can definitely get a headache. I feel taller and that's a big thing for me being just over 5 foot tall. My back pain is nearly gone especially in the upper and mid back. Just the first time I felt instantly better. Also I feel more energized and relaxed at the same time....such a wonderful feeling. Also I'm not real big but I'm definitely overweight @ 5'1" and 185 lbs so I was definitely a bit nervous about trying (even if I was heavier, I'd trust it, just make sure whatever you are attaching it to is strong enough to support more than your body weight) it but now I'm so glad I did and I don't have any fears of it breaking on me...just as long as you have it installed correctly using a structurally sound method, it is safe.Get it you won't be dissapointed! I use it everyday , usually morning and night and I will never stop! I feel great and want to continue feeling great :) namaste <3

I LOOOVE it!!!
The media could not be loaded. I signed up for an aerial yoga class and was insanely excited about it. However, it was about an hour and 15 min drive to the closest one and that's a lot of travel for a 45 minute class. I went to 2 and decided it was insane to spend $50 on a 45 min class and then the cost of gas... So having one of my own? Yes. Makes more sense, and I can use it for as long as I want, play if I want too and be serious when I need too.Being able to fully invert my body to reach and hold the hoses that are difficult for me to do with out help is easily achieved in a yoga swing. I am able Challenging my body in new ways, workout muscles that are not easily worked out just from using this is amazing.I have broken both of my wrists, so doing a handstand isn't the best idea for me, that being said, taking some of the pressure OFF of my hands by using my legs. By holding my lower body in place with my legs, makes it a lot easier, and I get the benefits of doing a handstand.Increasing circulation, decreasing pressure on my spine, alleviating muscular tension in my back, neck, and joints? There's nothing bad about this. Because it is used an inverted exerciser a lot, be careful. Although it's AMAZING to have the blood flow go to your brain and stretch your spine, if you have ever had any type of back injury, you could hurt yourself. I would definitely suggest taking at least one aerial yoga class just so that you get the right kind of basic instruction.I do love this, and this will get TONS of use because I may be addicted to it. It's fun, it's beautiful, and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wanted to challenge their body, and has no problem with trying something different!Promotional or discounted product provided to review.

I LOVE my Yoga swing
I LOVE my Yoga swing. I find that it is not only valuable for exercise, but for a relaxing place to meditate or read away from the world. My children enjoy playing on it as well. They find all sorts of inventive things to do to keep themselves occupied, which is great for rainy days when they can't go outside. My husband, who is not a Yogi, has even found it useful to help him stretch his back and relax when his shoulders are too tense. In short, fun for the whole family!

Bad business
Ordered it in burgundy and this is what came. On top of that the original packaging was busted all to hell and looked like it was used. Ordered as a gift and disnt work out well. Im sure its a good product but the storea shipping department and qc arent up to par. Not even the right color!

What I was looking for
Exactly what I wanted. Worth the price, so happy it comes with the daisy chains. Mounted in my door frame. Couldn't be happier. Holds my weight, washed well, and is proving to be durable. Love that it has a little bag to store it in!

This is awesome! I've only had it a few days now ...
This. This is awesome! I've only had it a few days now but it's been tons of fun. I have a super thick yoga mat under it and totally recommend using oneof you have tile floors. The product itself is great but I just wish it came with an installation method. Had to by the door bar and ceiling hooks separately.

Love but potentially dangerous
Don't get me wrong-I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the swing. BUT after roughly 3 weeks the seams on the straps gave way and ripped. I'm all of 112 lbs so it's not like I was putting more weight on it than should have been. Thankfully I was seated at the time and not in an inversion because that could have caused SERIOUS injury. I reinforced the seams and I will be replacing the straps. Is it worth the money? Well, since all other options are roughly the same I would say yes. At the end of the day, I wouldn't want to be without it. I love it BUT please find a safer way to suspend it.
