Effective for eye pain and dryness
In the past I'd tried numerous dry eye drops, but I hadn't had any success in finding some that don't have preservatives (which irritate my eyes) and also have their effectiveness last. I still had reservations about trying the Nano Tears. I was hoping for the best, but expecting the worst. After trying the Nano Tears Dry Eye Drops the first time, I discovered that they were much more effective than I ever hoped they would be.I'm now experiencing noticably decreased eye pain and less worry about my eyes becoming damaged from not having the protection I need to stop the pain and dryness. I have used these for about a year and will continue to do so.

I have used many kinds of drops for my dry eye caused by Sjogren's disease. Many of them irritate my eyes and make them burn. These are really soothing, and long lasting. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they could improve the container by making a smoother edge for better aim, and ideally re-closable.

The Best
I've tried a number of different brands of the "individual serving" no-preservatives eye drops. I like these best. They don't sting and they seem to moisten my eyes longer than the others I've tried. One downside is that you can't put the "cap" back on these, but I rarely tried to get more than one serving out of the tube anyway.

Burns the eye
No good for me. I was so anxious and excited to try these gel tears. I use regular artificial tear drops but I hoped this would be better than them. Well definitely not. After I applied just one drop in each eye, my eyes were burning. Not horribly bad, but enough that I had to rinse my eyes out. I tried these drops for two nights, and each night the burning happened. It burns for about 10 minutes for me. I also found my eyes worse in the morning (I used for nighttime).

These eye drops are fantastic!
These eye drops are fantastic. I actually think my dry eyes have improved since getting these (I'm on my second order), and I will continue to use them. I have used every over the counter you can find in Wal-Mart, nothing comes close to these.

These are very good. My eyes felt much better after using them. I like the individuals ones better than a big bottle that usually goes out of date before I finish using it.

Not for me
I bought these because I did thorough research for the best tears. They didn't work for me. They left my eyes very blurry. I had to clear it with another brand of tears. The vials are inconvenient as well. With other brands I can use a vial and keep it in my bag and reuse it. These vials spill easily. You need to try these out to see if they work for you.

Aw, he!! no
This stuff is viscous and goopy. Once you put a drop in, good luck keeping it from running down your cheek and blurring your vision. It's as if you are viewing life underwater and it lasts for a couple minutes. I wind up blinking furiously to get the stuff to dissipate. This is thick and it stings- not horrendously, but noticeably annoying and makes you want to rub your eyes for relief. I only used this brand and I think Refresh (sample from the Lasik MD office). I did not find either were able to be recapped, as some said the Refesh brand could be. That isn't really a bother since I am able to use a couple drops then set in a clean place where it will not be contaminated and use later. As long as you don't touch the tip to anything, they're safe to reuse within 24 hours which will save you beaucoup bucks. I not longer have to use preservative free as I am past the 'high risk for infection' stage of recovery. Would not recommend.
