The Sugar Lab Belgian Brown Rock Sugar - All Natural Non GMO Beet Sugar - 10 Pound Bag

I have searched high and low for this sugar since Teavana closed. This is the exact sugar they sold. It even smells thr same when you first open the bag. Not thrilled with the price but there is nothing else out there that compares to this sugar for my tea!

I love this type of sugar for tea! It’s the perfect sweetener without changing the flavor of your tea. It also slightly changes the texture of the tea to be more of a smoother texture than simply drinking “flavored water”. Honestly I love this sugar so much that I use it for my hot coffee and sometimes as a substitute for normal white sugar used in cooking some of my meals that require a bit of sugar. It’s a great product! Overall, I highly recommend this!

It has has a milder, less cloying sweetness than refined white sugar. Though I know it's no healthier, I feel it enhances the flavor of my tea and coffee in a much gentler way. Also, I feel so elegant plunking a few rocks of sugar into my teacup.

My husband guarded our final pieces of Teavana's Belgian Rock Sugar for fear that we wouldn't find anything similar, ever again. This sugar has been a fantastic replacement, and seems to be the same taste and quality as Teavana's. It dissolves fairly quickly in hot liquid, and one teaspoon provides just the right amount of sweet in my eight-ounce cups of tea.

This stuff is great! It has a molasses flavor that’s noticeable but definitely not overpowering; just enough to add flavor to your tea/coffee. The only “problem” is that it takes a little longer to dissolve than granulated sugar, just because of the size.

I searched for a while in stores for this kind of sugar since it's a regular grocery item in Germany. The size of the "sugar rocks" varies from bag to bag, which was a surprise to me, but better than going back to regular brown sugar.

Good taste. Not as visually as some other amber sugars ( a bit more cloudy, visually), but, good taste
