nice calorie to protein ratio
I've been eating these on and off again over the last two years. They have a good calorie to protein level. Lately I have been mainly using them as an on the go meal replacement. Also I have come to rely on them while traveling. I throw a few in my bag and I am good to go even if I get stuck somewhere unexpectedly. I pack these as emergency rations sometimes also. You might want to also try the Cliff Builder's protein bars, my sister prefers those.If you would like to know something specific about this item just ask and I'll try to respond within a day or so.

Good Value...OK Taste
The cost was reasonable, however the taste was less than desirable! Detour makes better tasting low sugar bars that I will stick too!
