A MUST HAVE FOR VIDEO PRODUCERS!
This is a great charger! If you are a video producer and use any of the NP-F batteries, this is a MUST have charger! It will allow you to charge two batteries simultaneously, but what is even more impressive about it is it will give you a digital readout of the battery's current charge level when you place the battery on it. In other words, it will tell you what percentage of the battery is left as soon as you place it on the charger. Because I have so many batteries it's not hard to get them mixed up as it relates to which ones are full and which ones are empty or close to being empty. Because this charger will give you a readout of the battery level the moment you place it on it, there is no need to guess how much battery is left. The readout is also helpful in determining how much longer a better will need to charge before it is full.Upon receiving it I placed all of my batteries on the charger, even the ones that another charger indicated was full and I found that there were a few batteries that had not charged completely with the other charger. In fact they were only at about 80% full. Seeing this, I was able to charge them fully using this charger.Another nice feature is the display has a Back Light and will illuminate while the batteries are charging. This comes in handy when you are on set and perhaps in a place with little light.

Shows charge percentage, interchangeable plates
I bought this charger to charge Sony batteries and it works like a charm, you are able to do high speed and low speed charging and it shows the percentage of each battery. You are also able to change the charging plate, although this seller does not seem to list them, I found some for my GH5 batteries and they work great with the charger. Been wanting this for some time now and I now wish I had bought it sooner. So much better than what I was using before.
Works great and with it I found one of my battery is failing. It still works but now I know that it has been giving me issues. Really great charger.

Affordable Charger for Ion Batteries
Affordable and useful this charger has been a good add to my kit for all of the battery lights I have. I like that you can charge at a Low or Higher setting, and that you can read the battery percentage. But this is cheaper than others for a reason, and can break easily if you don't store properly. I've traveled with this charger without any issues, but stored in a case.

Nice unit - with Incomplete instructions
I used this unit to charge a pair of new F960/970 Li-ion batteries. After a couple of weeks, I decided to purchase another pair of F960/970 batteries and attempted to charge them. While the batteries charged OK, the helpful LED backlight no longer functioned. I observed this problem the day after the Amazon return window on this expired. I'm concerned about the quality control with this unit, as it should not have failed this soon. That is why I gave it only 3 stars.____________UPDATE: I subsequently determined if I( place the battery to be recharged in the unit first, then apply power, the backlight will turn on automatically. I placed a reminder note inside the cover of the product box. The instructions should clarify this behavior. I revised my rating to 5 stars.
