Yummy wholesome cracker
This cracker is not only good tasting, but good for you. Two pieces provide you with 3 grams of fiber and only 60 calories! I love their crunchy texture that's not hard (like Wasa's). Best of all, not harmful preservatives added.I used them for my snacks or as a substitute for chips and other crackers when eating soups. There are 7 servings (14 crackers) per box (not 9 as stated in package:()and the price is very reasonable.Try them, you won't be sorry.

Used to be Great; no pretty good.
Been buying and eating these since 2004. They WERE the best best delicious. They have CHANGED and they are more like RyeCrisp now ...Ugh.Dr. Kavli (Physics, UCSB) died in 2014 and ... maybe the foundation decided to go cheap or they blinked (like New Coke), or something. I will still buy them, but I grieve for the old ones...

Beware: these crackers have changed!
Beware: most of the Kavli crackers are now made in Germany and are no longer the delicious product that was made in Norway. I opened my most recent box of Kavli 5-grain crackers (not purchased from amazon, but from my local health food store), and immediately noticed that they looked different: both the texture and the size (slightly smaller in width). I bit into it and was quite disappointed. Instead of the lovely grainy taste and complex flavor and mouth feel, this was a dry, relatively tasteless cracker with a slight "cheesy" taste. I still had some crackers from an older box, so I took some out and compared the two: yep, definitely different. Then I looked at the ingredients list. Although superficially very similar, there are differences, and it is clear that Kavli has changed their formula. They have added a line that says "May contain traces of milk", which probably explains the cheesy taste. I also noticed that the older box said "Made in Norway" and the newer, inferior box said "Made in Germany". Oh, I'm so sad! These crackers and the Kavli Golden Rye were the only crackers I eat regularly and trust not to have toxic oils, sugar, or other additives. And now they've apparently been compromised. Probably to cut costs, but in my case they've cut a customer. Time to learn how to make my own crackers, I guess....

no GMO. low sodium, high fiber and crunchy
I love these crackers and they are a healthy carb. I like them with everything including: sardines, peanut butter, soft and hard cheeses, cream cheese, tuna, hummus or plain with soup or salad. They are not at all like Saltines which are salty and will actually dissolve in your mouth into mush.Product is made in Norway and is made from grains that are not Genetically Modified. I had this and other Crispbreads on subscribe and save and kept the surplus in my freezer which worked fine. There is nothing to dislike about this flatbread and by eliminating processed bread I've lost about 2 pounds each month over the last year and a half.Try it- it tastes good and doesn't get stale or moldy!

An excellent, low calorie snack.
Kavli Five Grain has the lowest calorie count of any snack I have tried and I like its nutty flavor.

Truly healthy BUT
To me, it has no taste of its own. I have almost always had to eat it with either some cheese, dipping sauce or some sort of topping. If you are imagining this to be like saltines or wheat thins then IT IS NOWHERE CLOSE :-). however, it is part of my dietitians plan for me and I have had good success so far on my weight loss so I would say that this product is doing its part for sure.

The best
I eat these every day! I but them in a tupperware container, add sea salt, my favorite olive oil O-LIVE extra virgin olive oil, break them up into pieces and let the oil soak in.....wow are they tasty, healthy and great with other toppings too! no one else by them so they are more for me : )

Different
These are a very good alternative to saltines, and provide low carb count, and once you get used to the difference I highly recommend them.
