So far this seems like a good product. There are more expensive ones out there but this seems to work fine. If your shoulders are really tight like mine, follow the instructions on how long to wear it at first because it will make your shoulders sore. Have only used it twice so far. It definitely does help keep the shoulders back. Feels as if you're wearing a tight backpack. So it's quite comfortable, though it does restrict movement depending on how tight you make the straps.

I am hoping to improve my posture after years of slouching has left me with rounded, weak shoulder muscles. I have found this padded brace is comfortable to wear and does help me stand and sit up straighter. Unfortunately, it is not invisible under clothing, at least for me it is not. It is very obvious under all but the heaviest sweaters for me, and I don't feel comfortable wearing it to work or similar public situations.However, I do wear it around the house daily and also to the gym (where back braces and similar devices are far from an uncommon sight). So it does work for me in those places.

Gives good support and helps with posture. I like the adjustable aspect also. I find it more comfortable to wear over a thin t-shirt as fabric is a little rough. I can only wear it for a few hours, but may be better the more I can get used to it.

I have had rotator cuff surgery twice and I could not begin to be able to put this on. Even without a shoulder problem it would have been difficult to figure out how to put it on, much less to actually put it on.

Bought this to try to help my shoulder pain. Very uncomfortable. Sent it back so I don’t know if it would have helped.

This product does the job. It doesn't straighten your back for you. You still have to do the work to keep yourself straight, but if you slouch, you will feel pressure in the front of your shoulders and in your armpits. It serves as a gentle, constant reminder to stay straight. If I could redesign it, I’d make it less bulky so that it show under my clothes.
