He said they are very comfortable, they don't slip down and don’t leave red marks on his thigh after a day’s use. He is a large man so I was concerned that they wont fit but they were a good size for him and still comfortable enough to use all day long. The twin pack means you dont have to wear the same one every day and he sometimes even forgets he is wearing them, he even walked a bit further when we were on holiday!
