Wild rabbit
Initially froze the rabbit, it looked a bit smaller than anticipated so contacted sellar. Reassured it was a wild rabbit and they vary in size.Since have made a stew which rendered 6 portions with white wine, shallots and root veg. After braising, took the meat off the bones, ate x2 portions and now have 4 potions left for later in my freezer.In my life it was excellent value and quality.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO TRY AGAIN..
I THINK I`VE ALREADY DONE THE REVIEW ON THIS BUT HERE WE GO AGAIN... NOT SMOKEY ENOUGH, TASTE IN THE ACTUAL MEAT ITSELF IS NOTHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT; QUITE TASTELESS WE THOUGHT CONSIDERING PUTTING SO MUCH EFFORT IN THE SAUCE AND THE WHOLE COOKING PROCESS (I AM A CHEF BY TRADE) THUMBS DOWN, SORRY GUYS..

Great product
This is real, wild rabbit and delicious. If you know what to do with wild rabbit and how to cook it properly this is a fantastic product - and surprisingly rare.Well done!
