Great for hypermobility
I have Ehlers-Danlos hypermobility/hypermobile joint syndrom. I can only use latex pillows because anything else gives me a headache, but I started noticing that the height a standard latex pillow cranks my neck to was causing pain anyhow. This item was scary expensive for an Amazon purchase, but I took the plunge and haven't looked back.Firstly, it does take some time to acclimate to. I'd take short and then longer naps or meditations on it to get used to the arrangement and eventually graduated to a full night of sleep. Sometimes I had to swap between it and my standard pillow as I got used to it, but it was well worth the effort. My neck pain has gone down dramatically and my chiropractor has seen better results in my neck alignment.I'm a back and side sleeper (prefer side, but my joints made me learn to back sleep). I have no trouble rolling from back to side and back (hehe) again.

Is this the real thing or is it a counterfeit?
I hate getting pricier items on Amazon because they are usually counterfeit. I got the pillo1, but the foam doesn't look as advertised, and it has started to smell like mold after sleeping on it. It's too big for any standard pillow case, which is a pain, but it's perfectly comfy. I just wish there was a way to treat the mold, and I was under the impression that true latex was antimicrobial. Maybe mine isn't a real Pillo1?

Saved my life! Will rate it 6 star if amazon allows
Had neck pain for many years, it’s bearable during the day, but gets worse during the night. Tried numerous pillows. Recently the pain got worse and often woke me up after 3-4 hours of sleep, I ended up only getting 5 to 6 hours of sleep every day.The first night I used this pillow, I was able to sleep for 5 hours without being woken up by pain. Last night, I was able to sleep for 8 hours, only woke up once, and felt refreshed the next morning. Haven’t got 8 hours of sleep for any years,The side sleep part — height is perfect. The back sleep middle part — trick is to adjust your position to make sure your neck pain area sits in the cradle so the pain area does not take any pressure during the sleep, it worked like magic for me!

Saved my life. . .
I’ve got C-5 to C-6 issues. Was always a stomach sleeper but had to change after having neuropathy. The pain was severe and I tried 6 other pillows before finally ordering this one bevause if the price. I should have bought this first and it would have saved me a lot of money and painful nights. This pillo1 saved my life. It took a week to get used to it. I’ve now ordered 3 now. I’m still using my first one but I am terrified of the thought of not having a back up, or not being able to get one later in life.

Doesn't "fit" my neck
I really wanted to like this pillow. It is nicely made and pretty soft overall. However, one side of the middle part is too hard and high and the other side felt too wide and hard. If the profile was lower, it might have worked. I think it might work better for a person with a larger neck/head.

most expensive but best
After trying countless so-called 'neck pillows,' I have to say that Pillow1 provides the best night sleep for an injured neck.

Best. Pillow. Ever.
I have 3 ruptured discs in my neck and others ruptured down my spine. This pillow has helped me keep my neck as healthy as is possible and avoid surgery.
