Having looked around for a replacement kitchen tap, as my 'Franke' appliance had started to leak and could not be repaired, I found this product. After being slightly sceptical because of the price I ordered the item and was not disappointed. The item arrived in 3 days and I was very impressed with the quality, not being a DIY person I employed a plumber to install but I am delighted with the result.

Pretty easy to fit and everything was included. Instructions could be better but figured it out and was able to remove old and fit this new one within half an hour. Good value. Hopefully this lasts as last taps I bought have only done 18 months before springing a leak.

This is a very nice tap, when you turn the handle water come out of the end which is handy for washing up drinking and lots of other things that one can do with a sink tap, Thanks muppet

I bought this tap because it claims to have a pull out spray and a previous customer also claimed that it did...Upon receipt I can tell you that it does not have a pull out spray...Very disappointing.

Easy but a bit of a fiddle. Found it easier to remove the sink first.
