I was very skeptical to buy this. They make things look so easy in the ads. But this one is great and works exactly like you see in the commercials. It heats up really fast and it's so easy to use. I love making my hair wavy and it's so smooth and shiny! This was totally worth it!

This straightener works so so great! The glove comes in handy because the straightener gets fairly hot while you are using it. Also love the handy bag that it comes with and the comb and clips. It also looks sleek and nice which is a bonus! Couldn’t be more happy with my purchase!

This product had a few glitches from the beginning. I had to turn it on then off then back on to actually come on. I started to send it back then it stopped doing that. Last week I was using the iron and it started pulling my hair. I noticed one side of the plate was just flopping in and out. I might add that I wear my hair natural most of the time and this has been used less than 10 times! Very disappointing.

Nice sleek style to this iron. However its much longer than other flat irons I've had, making it cumbersome to work with. The longer length I find makes it hard to really clamp the iron onto your hair as where you squeeze it shut is further away -- can't hold the iron closer up as its hot. It also seemed that it wasn't as 'hot' for my hair to straighten it as other flat irons, but this could be more to the issue above that I have with clamping it down tight enough.

The box arrived a little banged up, but overall pretty nice. I will give an update once we use it a few times.

I like that it did curl and straighten, but I set it for 420 and it was nowhere near that hot ...it did make my hair soft but took me way longer than I would have liked. I also feels like the clasp is going to break as it not ver well made you get what you pay for so not too bad for the price

I have short hair and nothing ever has successfully straightened and curled under my hair. This bad boy does an amazing job. My hair is curly and this straightens it so fast and it is soft! My hair stays all day the way I want it.
