Twist It Up Comb (Purple)

First time using a product like this. Wanted to get a cheaper one but, glad I decided to spend up. Quality material that seems like it will last. Feels great in my hand and is just small enough to fit comfortable in a large clothing pocket. Also, works very well on my hair.I got an all plastic version to keep in the car but, it was a waste of money because it’s way less effective.

Quality product, works well easy to use. Puts a nice twist in the hair. Comfortable in my hand and they recommend following the direction of your curl pattern which helped with definition of the twist. Liked this better than the sponge.

Very clever concept, that works. It works on hair if it's dry, or sometimes slightly wet… That depends on your type of hair. The flat design makes it easy to travel with. The h hair gel pomade that comes in the large, black" hockey puck jar ", and can be purchased along with this, is very good and did not dry out my hair… Especially if you moisturize your scalp with something else first.

Love this product. It's super easy to use and it works! It curls and twist the hair and the gel helps with curl formation and hold. The size of the comb is perfect and very portable. So much better than a sponge.

Pretty Good

The comb does EXACTLY what is says! Its great for curly to kinky hair and instantly provides a more defined texture. However, the two plastic halves came apart within 1 week of use. I has already used the QC code provided with the product for a 1 year warranty. However, I was unable to submit a claim as the website provided no instruction on how to do so and there was no CS number to contact. When i went back and checked mu warranty online it said it was only valid for one week! I could not receive any assistance! I ended up using a super glue gel to reattach the two plastic halves. I was successful but the inner metal grid (the twister) is loose and spins around. Surprisingly it still works pretty well but with the metal grid spinning, it makes it a bit harder to use.

Love it! This comb gives my short hair the curls I want with little effort. Sooo easy to clean.

I followed the instructions and it didn't define or twist my curls. I tried hard pressure, soft pressure, medium pressure, clockwise, and counter-clockwise to try to define my curls. Instead of grabbing on to my dry hair, it slid around. My hair looked flat and brushed out after I was done. I went back to the curling sponge and it gave my curls the definition I was used to.

I have being using it for a couple weeks now. So much better than a cheap curl sponge that rips. If your reading this and have any tips for how to get better curls reply to this.

I started growing my hair out a bit on the top and was using a sponge to get a nice curl. As my hair grew longer, I was finding it more and more difficult to get the sponge to do it's magic. Then, I found this comb! Other reviews talked about how it makes twists that are more like locs and that's exactly what I was looking for!!I love that I can use it any time. I ride my motorcycle often and used to have to wet my hair a bit in the bathroom at work to use my sponge to "fix" my curls... now I just use this comb (without any water) and my hair looks fly and fresh in moments. I also love that I'm not carrying around a big sponge in a plastic baggie (to keep the moisture from getting into my backpack.I love this so much, I purchased a 2nd one to leave in my backpack permanently!Ignore the greys in the photos :P

Easy to use and gentle on hair. Hair product does not get absorbed as with twist sponge. Twist are more uniform.Would have liked to have either a smaller size racket or change strings to get smaller size twist.

Worth every penny! No more need to purchase sponge brushes every few months, and best of all are the styles that can be attained just as successfully with the Twist It Up Comb as with any other hair-twist-producing product.

Its compact, lightweight design makes it incredibly easy to use, and it’s perfect for creating twists quickly without pulling or damaging hair. It is very easy to clean, making it a convenient tool for daily grooming. However, it is not that durable. The one I bought snapped into two after few months of use.
