I ordered the item ahead of time anticipating for holiday shipping and considering it’s a custom piece. The delivery was delayed by 3 days from the estimated delivery date. Tracking number isn’t helpful as it only told me the item was awaiting USPS pick up. Customer service was great and they offered discount or refund in case I didn’t receive the item a day later than the new arrival date after delay. The chain is a little on the cheaper end but it is what you pay for. My gf liked the pendant though. I did not receive any discount as I did not ask for it since the item did arrive by the date I needed it.

This was smaller than I expected. I had trouble reading the names on it. However, my granddaughter loved it

I really like that the pendant is 925 it will say in the back. Its very thick and a little heavy not made cheap. You can really cant see the names it is very tiny and they are in black but not bad. The one thing is that the chain is very cheap so I advice for you to buy a good one because this one will break soon but overall not bad it is a little pricey I would of been fine with the price if the chain was better but now I have to spend more money to get a better one but the pendant is really cute and small

Ordered this for my wife for Mother's Day. There was some problems with the shipping and after reaching out to the company, they sent a replacement out quickly. The necklace is very pretty and my wife is happy with it, which is the only thing that matters to me. Certainly worth the money for this item.

Very pretty, dainty necklace. The heart shaped stones ( I chose blue and purple) have very nice color and sparkle. The lettering is small (but clearly legible) which makes this necklace nice for any occasion or just every day! It came in a sweet gift box, which was a nice touch.

I haven't received the necklace yet so I can't comment on quality, but it is advertised as Made in USA. Mine just shipped and it is coming from South China. So it is not an American made product.
