I saw this product having 300+ reviews, all were 5 stars. They are now for some reason missing. Way to ruin your trust as a company. Amazon should not allow sellers like this to continue selling, nothing less than a scam. The product was alright for the first two days, the sound was not amazing as previous no longer existing reviews stated, but it was ok. However on the second day, my right earphone stopped working. How is that possible, I've purchased earphones for $15 which lasted years before they started to give out. It's a real shame, because this product looked and felt far more durable than the $15 plastic earphones I've had.The package that came with the product was so plain, that it without a doubt looked like typical made in China product that will fall apart in minutes. Wasn't surprised that I was correct. I paid more expecting to obtain earphones than I had previously, well I was wrong. I will however admit that the microphone worked pretty well. With my experience with other earphones, they often are unusable. Also the wires connecting the earphones to the neckband are abnormally long.You get a one star because the company who made this is fraudulent and the product couldn't last a 3rd day of use.

UPDATE: The wonderful customer service at TangDirect have sent me a new pair to replace the 2nd one I bought. They are the TangDirect Q35 (link below). I've always been happy with the first pair I bought, the 2nd for backup I ordered had issues (see below review) and were unusable. The new pair, work just as well as the first pair, and I will be getting another soon. Perfect sound quality, about 40 feet range without walls in the way, and I still love the controls. These are a SOLID pair of headphones.So, what's funny, is the day these were delivered, my original pair died on a long run in the heat, from my profuse sweating. They have survived many runs and workouts, and were light enough to wear without the ear braces. The new one is a little heavier, but I'm so happy with the performance and quality, and especially the longevity (~9-10 hours of constantly being on, whether in use or not). My faith is renewed when it comes to these headphones, and I still love the style and fit, even though they're a little different than the prior ones.My one gripe, and it isn't at all a real issue, is if you don't use the ear supports, there is a protrusion on the back portion of the earbuds that locks the silicon grips to it. If you use them without the ear supports (I know I'm calling them the wrong thing), you'll end up with it digging into your ear.Again, I received the new pair free of charge and shipping, and couldn't be happier with my headphones. Seriously, for the money, you literally can't do better, and I've looked and never been happy. The first pair work like a charm and still have a fantastic battery life (~6-8 hours of constant use), but do have a little intermittent static from time to time.This newer pair, if I put my phone in my pocket, it cuts out and stops working. The headphones and phone need to be in direct line of sight for them to function. If I even turn around if my phone is on a desk or surface they stop working. There is constant static but ONLY when there is anything being broadcast. Important note, the first and pair are slightly different in their structure/make. So there is clearly an unlisted update to the item, which isn't a problem, but for these to not function at all is really frustrating.I will say this, I recently switched phones and got a new one. Instead of returning them I knew I would be upgrading, and it took longer than I intended, figured the new phone would have better function. Not my new laptop, tablet, phone, or desktop receivers make any difference.So since they updated them, I cannot recommend them.I hate to give these a 1 star review because the first pair is so perfect, but there is clearly a flaw with either these as a whole, or it could be just this pair. But if memory serves, there was a recent block on allowing reviews for these due to so many negative reviews.

I've got a couple things to say about these bad boys, so buckle up and listen to the most in depth review you've ever heard in your entire life.Where do I even start with these things? We'll start from the time I opened the package. The box was incredibly small, I thought they would be tinier than I wanted. This wasn't the case. These things were packed so cleverly, with all the customization options nicely stored in the case that comes with it. I didn't actually know that a carrying case came with it, so that was an amazing bonus. I prepared myself for another dissapointing set of earbuds. After having bought 4 different sets of crap earbuds, I could only expect failure from these. This is not the case.After a very rapid pairing, I put them into my ears for the first time, and it was like I had entered a whole new universe.These things were designed to be more comfortable than a room filled with bean bags and stuffed animals. I've had so many problems with uncomfortable earbuds and earbuds that fall out, I was again ready for disappointment. I can't even wear Apple earbuds; they just fall right out. These godly earbuds are so incredulously comfortable and form fitting, it felt like I was in heaven. And that was just the default ear pieces! There were a hundred more combinations for me to find out about with all of the ear fins and such!"Yeah, yeah. They're comfortable. We get it guy. Tell us about how they sound!" you might be thinking. Let me do just that.These earbuds have some of the most amazing sound quality I've ever heard, ever. Ever ever. In the history of 400$ speakers, 200$ headsets, and a bajillion other sets of earbuds, these take the cake. I have a Harman/Kardon Aura Studio speaker in my room (I highly recommend it, best bluetooth speaker I've ever owned) and these things have better sound quality than that speaker. That speaker? 349$. These earbuds? THIRTY FREAKIN BUCKS! (Again, not smack talking the speaker. I love it, and highly recommend buying one.) I couldn't be more satisfied with these earbuds. If there was a six star rating, I would rate these as a 7. That's how good they are. However, if I could personally add something, I'd make it so that you could skip forward a song by double clicking the play button. Instead, it just opens siri. But, again, not complaining. These earbuds are the most amazing thing Amazon has ever graced my existence with. As soon as these break, I will DEFINITELY be buying an identical pair to replace them.TL;DR, You're making a big mistake not buying these earbuds right this instance.
