The product is very simple, using 4 screws to attach the glass sides to the platform that holds the liquid fuel. One of the bolts welded to the platform was cross-threaded or otherwise faulty and would not accept the screw. Contacted the company and could not make them understand that the platform was the problem, not the glass. They did promptly send a replacement piece of glass, but that was not the issue. When contacted again, they said they would just issue a refund for the item. If you can assemble it, the product probably works fine, but I could not assemble mine, so that is the reason for the low rating. But thumbs up for customer service.
