Inside, there’s a lovely opening letter and Congratulations post card. There are colorful pages of suggestions for parents, to document “My First Birthday”, “My First Chanukah”, “My First Diwali”, etc. and “A Year of Smiles”, to remember the small, everyday details, because life flies by quick! I really appreciate the envelope in the back, to save the hospital bracelet, a pair of socks, and little trinkets that have nostalgic meaning for the future. Bought this book for a baby shower my wife just got invited to, but we just received it and quickly decided to use it for our own toddler! We did not receive any gifts like this for her shower. It has lots of space for milestone pictures with minimal writing. It looks simple and doesn't look like it requires hours of logging to complete. It also has pages of open photo/journal space at the end, so we can include our bunch of existing pictures and journal entries. Really like the pages for the individual months and it goes up to 5 years. It also has pages for the holidays and a whole bunch of “firsts”. We didn't want to know our baby's sex while we were expecting so finding suitable clothing and gifts that might work for a boy or girl was important to us. This very cute book goes great with the type of whimsical look we're trying to accomplish with our nursery decoration for our soon-to-arrive little one. I also appreciate how this publisher chose to make these pages easy-to-tear out for those holidays that don't apply to our family and keeping in those that do. I can tell the authors really like kids themselves with their cute characters.

that I buy but since my sister's pregnancy announcement a few months ago I've put off getting her a gift to remember, not that I was even too concerned about it until now. She called our mother to brag about my creative gift in ordering this baby memory book for her. I just liked the cutesy animals and the box it comes in that saves me from having to do any gift wrapping. If she only knew how little time I put into finding this gift. LOL.

Got this keepsake book as gift for our baby shower. It's great- the pages are sturdy and durable but not too busy and I like the round frame picture cover. This book has multicultural holidays, which is a nice touch. It's already on display at home!
