Not what I expected
Be aware that apple car play won’t work with existing BMW audio system. Sound quality is terrible and getting support isn’t happening, but the rear view camera works.

Good product
This product is awesome. The install was easy (I watched some YouTube how-to videos to help, I watched kies bimmertech install). The module was not programmed to the right size at first but they provide a usb they lets you upgrade to the right screen size. The module offers CarPlay, AirPlay (so you can screen mirror and watch movies/videos) and the similar for Android phones. I did not install a backup camera but it pulls up a back-up guide when you put it in reverse either way. I had question during install and the company emailed me back promptly with help.
