The Complete Table Saw Book

This book has helped me get so much more use out of my table saw than I would have without it. I have a Kobalt KT1015 table saw, which is not fancy by any means, but the Table Saw Book has helped me get better work out of the saw than I would have had using it straight out of the box. I am new to woodworking and this book really helped me get my saw straight and square, as there is a whole section on setting up your saw and aligning it. I have already built and used several jigs that are covered in the book. With the internet now, it's easy to think that you can just look something up, and I do, but you just can't beat having a professionally written and edited book that covers subjects like safety step by step so you don't miss anything.

I won't be lengthy in my review. I'm new to woodworking with zero background in any trade (I'm an RN). As a nurse, I've seen lots of injuries from tablesaws come through the doors. I held off even buying a tablesaw due to this.But you can do so much with a tablesaw I finally gave in. I took a tablesaw class locally, bought a Grripper (that thing is amazing by the way), and bought this book.This book is excellent! The full color pictures are clear, the author explains setup, jigs, and simple projects throughout. I have found it invaluable. He even breaks down the types of saw blades there are and the differences between them.Nothing beats hands-on experience, but this book has been a great reference!

Being a beginner woodworker as far as using a table saw goes I found this book to be one of the best that I have come across. The book covers everything one needs to know on how a saw works ,maintenance, use of attachments, and a section on projects. The text is well written easy to understand and the illustrations, photos are very clear. I particularly found the section on cutting joints very helpful.The service was nothing short of amazing, I received the book in very good condition and before the time I was expecting to receive it.

I learned some woodworking techniques from my dad, but since he isn't around anymore, I was looking for a comprehensive book that would demonstrate what you can do with a table saw besides the basic stuff. This book is it. Clearly written with lots of pictures for the visual type person, I found this book interesting and am using it as a reference book, as I can't remember everything it details. Good book!

Arrived on time in good condition. Good comprehensive book for a beginner or novice. Well worth the price.

Very informative with plenty of information for the choice of the Saw Table and self-training of how to use the table saw. Very good. I recommend it to all the beginners.

The Complete Table Saw Book was a great help to me when I had purchased my first table saw last summer. The information was easy to understand and apply to what I was doing. The author's insightful comments and remarks were very helpful. Great book and well worth the cost.

For us non-professionals it is a great read and very informative book..... Could have used this a long time ago

～ＤＥＬＴＡの10"コントラクターズソー36-507X(Biesemeyer)を使用しています。その為、色々な洋書（日本にはこのような本が見当たらない）を捜していてこの本を見つけました。一言でいってこの内容と価格は素晴らしいの一言です。全編オールカラーで紹介され、テーブルソーを使って見ようという場合、準備する物、調整の仕方（ご存知でしょうが、これらア～～メリカの木工機械は送られて来たパーツを組み立てて調整が必要です。MASTERING YOUR TABLE～～ SAWというDVD-ROMも持っていますがこの本は、英語が出来なくても調整の仕方が良く分かりますよ）使用するブレードの種類、これで使用するジグの作り方、モールディングによるジョイント等、テノイングジグの使い方、作品例が１１と非常に盛り沢山でこれらを題名の様に順を追って説明されているので英語が出来なくても非常に分かり易く、この価格の倍でも～～惜しくないと思います。この本に載っていたCombination Square、antikicback splitter、色々なSaw Bladeを使って見たくてアメリカからジグ類等を直輸入して使用していますが、この本をバイブル的に使用しています。現在ではSaw Bladeも10枚近くになりBlade storage cabinetを作成して保管するように至りました。～

もともとテーブルソーは購入することは考えていないのですが（設置場所もお金も無い）。ただ治具のアイデアが欲しくて購入しました。一部参考になる部分もありました

判りやすい。一言で言うなら、この表現が当てはまります。図での説明、１つ１つが丁寧で（他の洋書と比較して）。また、構成が綺麗に分かれているため、英語が苦手でもそれほど苦痛にはならないのでは、、、。
