So far not impressed...
Just got this Saturday 4/12/14, went on a single walk and noticed the rear tire was bubbled and wobbly. The next morning the inner tube had ruptured and I had a dead in the water stroller. Customer service did mail a replacement this morning but it takes 3-10 business days. Because most people who receive a jogging stroller want to wait a couple weeks to use the thing. Definitely not happy at all so far.Customer service said the tube was likely twisted which caused the bubble and rupture. They also advised to inflate five pounds under the recommended PSI in summer/warm weather. Might be helpful to put that info in the manual, y'know, that thing that advises you how to use the product correctly?UPDATE: when I called the company Monday 4/14/14 they said it would ship out that day. It's now Friday 4/18/14 and I just got notification information has been sent to UPS to pick up my shipment and it won't be here until 4/24/14. I am extremely displeased, not only at their dishonesty but that I bought a stroller I will have to wait two weeks to get any use out of. I will never buy an InStep product again, horrible company with sub-par products.FURTHER UPDATE: emailed the company regarding the delay and to find out why this wasn't sent the day it said it would be and no one has responded. So if you want a crappy stroller and no way to fix it, this is the one for you. To add insult to injury UPS is experiencing a "delay" and the inner tube is still in IL, which means I won't even get it tomorrow, 4/24/14 like I should have. One of the worst purchases and customer service experiences.

Warped plastic tire rims. New stroller is unfortunately useless. Company unwilling to replace.
I have never taken the time to write a bad review, so this is a first for me. The plastic rim of the wheel looks like it MELTED. And it came out of the box that way.I ordered this before my third child was born. However, I was unable to use it immediately because she was born with brain cancer. Now that she is almost 2 and doing well, I figured it was time to finally open the box (which was stored in the garage). It cannot even be used because the wheels are so warped that the tire tubes bulge out of the rim with even a small amount of air.I called Pacific Cycle customer service, and they were unwilling to compromise on some new wheels. It would cost $75.00! I explained that although the stroller was a couple years old, it was just out of the box, and I could send photos to prove it. I also explained that my child had cancer, which is why it was never opened. They had not a kind word to offer. I asked if they could just cover the cost of shipping, and I'd pay the $65.00. They were totally inflexible, and would not budge despite my unique situation.I don't know what caused these wheels to be so distorted, but it is unfortunate that Pacific Cycle is not willing to even pay for shipping of replacement ones. I am now stuck with a new stroller that is useless. I can't justify spending that kind of money on a flaw that was not my fault.
