I worried at first when the mounting screws didn't seem to fit through the holes, but it only took me a moment to discover that the area they're meant to fit into is made of a dense but flexible foam and they were able to be pressed in without too much effort. It's now mounted securely into a Ryobi RS281VS and working well.

I bought this for my Ridgid R2600 sanderand I'm very pleased with it. The price was great, delivery was next day and the quality is great. I did have to modify the holes in order for the screws to fit. I used a 3/8" drill on the foam and a 13/64" drill bit on the base to open up the holes. It took less than 5 minutes to install the new pad and it works great.

I purchased this for my older Black & Decker RO100 I’ve had for ever. The factory pad has an aligning ring and 4 index pins as well as the 4 bolt holes. This only has the bolt holes. The bolt holes aligned and I punctured the pad to get the alignment pins in so it would lay flat. Although this is not marketed for my sander it did fit ok. Not as soft and flexible as the original. It’s very stiff.

This pad did fit my Milwaukee sander after some modifications. I had to drill the rubber counter set holes bigger for the headed bolts and drill the bolt holes slightly bigger. I've used the pad for about a week now and it really holds onto the paper, it's even hard to pull it off. Seems like a good quality pad, I'd buy it again if needed.

I have an older sander, but once I widened the holes it fits well. Has held up as expected and I'm going to order my next replacement from here as well.

I used this on a BD0100 Black and decker sander. Just had to trim off little locating tabs on the sander not sure why they are there since the 4 screws locate the pad, and its back in action good as new.

I need (I still need) a new backing pad for hook & loop sanding discs. The hook & loop bits wear out, ok, so get a replacement - yeah, you try! I found the type I needed, checked the Amazon product photo - yes, there are 4 (four) screw holes, GREAT! Guess what arrives - a 3 holer, so I returned it and re-ordered a 4 holer. A 3 holer turned up so it too was returned and the item re-ordered with a note on the order that it needs 4 screw holes. Yet another 3 holer turns up. Now totally pissed off that some human plonker has got 3 hole pads in the 4 hole picking bay and that no one has noticed. But, hey, its only a sander. I have decided to buy a new sander which is a shame because the only thing wrong with the last one is that the sanding sheets don't stay in place. My 3 refunds have hit my account, thank you, you got that correct without hassle.

Product describe as 4 holes but it’s arrived with 3 holes which not good and not happy!!!Poor service and it’s not rocket science show one picture and send out something useless to customer poor very poor.Remember when customers orders any tools that means they need it that part to do a work. Shocking
