See photos.TL;DR - It works as desired for sending digital audio out to my FiiO DAC; however, when power is added by plugging in another cable my Nexus 5x stops audio routing and charges only.This is a good product that works as described. In fact the USB Type C plug was impressively snug when plugged in to the phone. It did not work for my use case though. I believe this to be due to a phone OS limitation with no fault to the adapter. I don't believe my Nexus 5x Android image was anticipated to need to support this functionality. It has a 3.5mm audio output jack afterall.

I really like this splitter. I got the black one to go with my devices, although maybe I should have purchased a white one to go with my headset. The plug on the splitter and the headset are both REALLY solid and snap well into the USB-C port. Both plugs are clearly labelled.One port is for charging, which I tested with my Macbook Pro and it works great even with the high power loads. The audio channel works really well with Runlink's USB headset. Power AND crystal clear audio on the same port.

My phone is always running out of charge. The truth is I ignore it a lot. suddenly when I need to make a call, my charge may be dangerously low. I can charge and call at the same time. I can also continue playing games which is important in some places. This is a great product and I'm glad I bought it.

Finally! I'm able to charge my phone and use my wired headphones at the same time. Huge lifesaver while travelling. The construction is solid and it all works as expected.

I didn't even use this often in the four months I've had it (maybe once a week?) and it's already broken. Garbage. Please don't waste your money on this.

Ordered this product to be able to charge and still listen to music. The audio portion is nonfunctional. When i plug everything in it will charge but plays audio from the phone speakers. When I unplug the power cord it still won't connect to my headphones.

It’s amazing! It works with a gaming headset attached to an Apple Usb c to 3.5mm dongle attached to this attached to the new iPad Pro.

I like the product for the price, the usb c is a standard these days and the splitter comes in very handy and I have no issue with this splitter, good product for a good price.
