I've had this product for less than 1 month (if not a month) - the specific one I am referring to is the bluetooth (no usb required) mouse. Mouse was working fine over the first couple of weeks, and then it started disconnecting from my computer. At first I thought it was the battery, so I let it charge and then connected it and worked fine, However as days kept going the disconnecting issue started happening frequently. to the point that now, it disconnects, and 5 minutes later, connects again. Works fine for 10 mins, and then disconnects. Really, this specific version is not working for me (nor I asume it would work for you, since having a mouse means it has to be connected, somehow!). Hence my 1 star review.

The instructions that come with the unit gave no clue for how to charge it. Fortunately I figured it out. Once charged it works well, but it has to be charged after each use, and charging takes at least 2 hours. This is not what I expected, so many reviews complained about this, many did not. I am adding my name to the complainers. This seller is not representing their product well, I would never purchase from them again.

I wasn't sure what to expect but I was very happy with the product when I received it. It has a nice somewhat sparkly finish, the clicking sound isn't too loud, the size is like that of the apple magic mouse. It also works on multiple surfaces, and connects immediately to my laptop when I turn it on. And its really light weight. Overall I don't think I could be happier with this product, its really great for the price.

Took off two stars becauseI I had to return the mouse, which had become erratic, even moving copy around. The manufacturer promptly replaced it, and the replacement has worked well so far.

This mouse has the worse battery life, annoying when I try to start up my computer and it’s dead after 2 uses & being fully charged. It’s cute but that’s about it.

Very comfortable, exactly as depicted in photo.Bluetooth connects perfectly to my laptop, USB charges mouse speedily. Will order again.

I just received my product on yesterday and I am not satisfied with it . By the way I charged it for hours tried to operate it before and after the charge and it does not work i will be sending the product back before the week is over. I wish i could have spoken to someone in customer support to explain the setup description to me. very frustrating
