Super cute and stylish but screws don't stay in
I have been looking for a watch that was also an activity tracker and stylish. So I was very excited to find this. I received it and loved it for the first few weeks. But then I noticed that a screw on the back was missing. And then another and another. I have put them back in but they don't stay. Unfornutaly, this was just a waste of money for me as it not sits in a drawer.

Please do not buy this watch
I tried a straight 30 to 40 minutes trying so hard to get this all out together.1. It isn’t rose gold. It is copper. Even though the packaging I will give them props, that’s one of the only positives.2. At this price WHO wants to unscrew and screw in the tiniest screws possible to put in a battery. Not me.3. I could not and this is what took the most time and ultimately made my decision ... get the band to stay AT ALL. I can see no way to put this on one handed. It seems as if they are expect you never to take it off. Honestly, I am a 27 yr old. This watch has made me feel defeated with the fact that this SHOULD BE so simple and it wasn’t. Once you got it on, the slider piece would not stay and you end up with your adjustment loosing and it falling off. Like straight off the watch. The clasp is a true nightmare.4. Only positive thing I think is the fact it syncs???? But the app is a nightmare to navigate and just way too complex for something that is supposed to be an easy tracker.. you have to tap the watch the update it and I would most likely forget??? Plus when would you sync it during the day? After every activity? Confused......5. The period tracker is strange. I have one and in comparison with the same data it is telling me it is 6 days instead of 4.Would not recommend this... maybe to an enemy.

Beautiful and promotes good health
Excellent Christmas gift that doubles as a health meter. It is attractive, yet in sync with her computer to give health updates. It has encouraged her to walk and pay attention to her wellbeing.

Believe the bad reviews.
I ordered this hoping everyone else got a dud, or didn't know how to use a watch, etc. I could handle changing the battery 3-4x a year if needed if it functioned the way it was intended to. Worked great for 5 days, then it stopped syncing data, and when it eventually synced again (3 days later) it wouldn't update my account with my data from the days it hadn't synced, even though I hadn't unmatched my device in an attempt to get it to recognize it again. And then it needed a new battery, less than 2 weeks out of the box. Returned.I just want a wearable that's hypoallergenic, pretty, and tracks my basal temperature throughout the month. I've tried 2 bellabeat products that have left me unimpressed, and no other company is making any real effort to meet those criteria. I remain watchless.

Very Disappointing
So disappointing! Love the way it looks at fits. I wanted a step counter and I have the Bellabeat leaf and wanted an alternative to wearing that, but IT WILL NOT SYNC. It’s not the battery because the watch is keeping time. I returned one, and this one worked for a short time but quit working after the return window ended.

Could't Even Use - Arrived Already Broken!
I really wanted all of the bad reviews to be wrong. I have absolutely loved my Bellabeat Leaf for years and like the app that goes along with it. Plus the watch looks SO beautiful in the photos! So I decided to take a risk and hope everyone else had a lemon.As soon as I opened the box, I was so sad to see the roman numeral X had ALREADY fallen off the face of the watch and was floating loose behind the glass. One of the I's in the twelve area looked like it wasn't far behind. If I hadn't already read so many reviews with this same issue, I would have asked for a replacement but I think this is just the inevitable reality of this poorly made watch. So sad because I really wanted to love it as much as my Leaf!

6 months, a replacement unit, literally a half day of data collected
I bought this for myself in December of 2020. I previously had a Bellabeat Leaf and did really like it - although it was heavy and once the metal facing got caught on something and bent out of shape it was never the same. I love large, silver analog watches and the idea that this could also be a tracker on the app that I've previously liked was a huge plus.I will say this: their customer service team is very responsive. Unfortunately, none of it has helped.I've been in touch with their service folks since December. Part of the original problem was my own scrap, as I had synced the unit with a different email address. Once that got sorted, though, problems remained. Suggestions from customer service for the first Time I had included new batteries, deleting and reinstalling the app, logging out and logging back in. I sent screenshots, photos, and a video. Eventually it was determined that the unit was faulty and they deactivated it, told me I'm forbidden from selling it, and promptly sent me a new one......that also seems to not work. I was excited because the way it acted as soon as I put the battery in (a new one; the one that came with it was a bust) was completely different. However, the app tells me there's a firmware update, but the Time won't take it. And so I'm not able to sync it with the app, either. I've just sent off another round of screen shots and photos, but now the Time isn't vibrating or lighting up properly when the battery is installed. With any luck, this will be resolved soon, but after 5-6 months of this not working, I feel like a review is in order.Another reason it's taken so long for me to handle things with customer service is from the tiny, ridiculous, world's smallest screws - I can't just handle the customer service request quickly when the email comes in. It's like I have to find the time to sit down at a workstation with bright lighting and a towel to make sure I don't lose the screws, and then the whole thing is a *process.*Fingers crossed that it works this time - otherwise I still have a decent looking watch but still need a tracker.
