ok firstly , this device is truly amazing in form and function ,the dual screens are nifty ,the AMOLED is great a usual , great sound output , 10 GB RAM is definitely evident for lighting speed , but there lies the caveat ,this phone WILL NOT ,DOES NOT run 4G LTE on T-Mobile here in the USA so please keep that in mind if you're thinking of buying.secondly , the seller NPG store specifically shows all the GSM bands on their site and i even messaged them and they said it might be a coverage area problem or signal strength issue ..it is NOT .I have owned dozens of phone's over last 8 years and never experienced this problem even with other " international" handsets .the best i can get is EDGE ( see pics) which is an antiquated frequency but popular in Japan.i also noticed several other buyers/ reviews stating the same problem .this phone tho even on EDGE is still zippy and not much lag , but if you are expecting 4g LTE , you WON'T GET IT .that's my review .thanks for viewing." the phonephreak"

Stopped working after two weeks stopped taking charge and cannot start.

This phone is simply amazing. The hype is true; it's a wonderful phone. The dual screens is truly a head turner, and you can run two different apps on the screens. The bezel-less look is surreal. It looks better in person. The screen quality is the flagship level. Really fast... etc. etc. There're definitely some navigation issues you'll have to get used to, but you can always change the UI.The problem is the service. If you live in the USA, and you are a heavy user of the internet, SKIP THIS PHONE; - unless you intend to depend on (crapy) wifi everywhere you go - if you can find it, that is.Internet access/capability is simply useless. Yes, you may be fairly successful in making calls, but that's it. It doesn't have the bands necessary to have 4G internet, and it only supports very few 3G and 2G bands that US carriers use. As such, the internet is, at best, useless. You'll find it agonizing to load a simple webpage like google. Can't even send work on your emails. Forget about news apps or Social Media apps. Can't even upload a *small" photo...Beautiful phone, can't use. I'm returning mine.From a T-Mobile user.
