My pup wears this vest with no complaints. No scratching., pulling or irritation. She walks as if it is not even on her. The vest is well designed (wish there were more sticker options) (need to stop being lazy and sew on the added stickers). Great product and super comfy for my pup. I bout a large (I think) and she fits it on the smallest size and it works. Plenty of room for her to grow into it so a great buy indeed.

These harnesses are made for sturdy dogs. I ordered it for a miniature poodle and it was a little large through the chest. I returned it and they were very quick to replace with a smaller harness. Great customer service!!

I have a male saint and his chest is broad because he is 200 lbs. had to purchase an extension for the strap that goes around his chest. I needed a xxl for my xl dog.

We are on our second harness in 3 weeks. Our 80 pound Golden Doodle ate (chewed up) all the adjustment straps off the first one in less than 5 minutes. Do not leave the harness on your dog unattended even for just minutes. A $30 dollar mistake on our part. Other than that, it is a good looking and functional harness.

Very easy to use, durable, for any dog to wear

My service dog is a 30 lb mixed breed, and at least one of the breeds in her mix is a sighthound- she has a robust chest, a tucked in waist, a "swoop" from the ribs to the belly, and her head is long, narrow, and smaller in circumference than her neck.I work her from my power wheelchair, which is 400 lbs, so it's crucial she stays securely in her harness.With her original harness, if she stopped walking and I kept moving, the harness would slide right off her head. I use a bridge handle and a backup leash, but both are attached to her harness, because every collar I've used will slip right off her head as well.A friend posted a picture of her dog on social media, wearing the ALBCORP Service Dog Vest Harness, and I realized her pup was shaped like mine. I ordered a Medium, as her measurements put her between sizes, and was happy to find it fit her perfectly.There were no gaps when adjusted properly, and the velcro is excellent quality and has a firm hold. The locking buttons for the buckles are an extra layer of protection against the harness coming off.We've been out for walks about ten times since getting the harness, and my dog discovered quickly that she can't slide out of her harness anymore. If she stops when I'm still moving, the harness stays securely in place, and she realizes she needs to keep moving. Problem solved!The only negative thing I can say about this product is that the slide buckles for adjusting strap length are very tight. If you have weakness in your hands, like I do, it may take help to adjust the straps to get the best fit. It definitely took fine tuning the straps to get a comfortable, snug fit for my dog, so keep that in mind.I would absolutely buy this again, and I'd recommend it to a friend, especially if they have a dog with a narrow head.
