I have several - all work fine
I have a few of these, across various wattage ranges (2 x 1,500w; 1 x 2,000w, and 2 x 5,000w). I've been using them all over the world (Georgia, Bangladesh, Papua New Guinea) as a transformer / regulator for my Breville Dual Boiler espresso machine, AV equipment, computer equipment, and various kitchen appliances, and never had a problem. I currently live in a country with dirty and unstable 220v power, and these things handle it like a champ! One caveat - I try to keep the total wattage draw at 1/2 of the regulator's rating or less. I did connect a deep fryer once to the 5,000w transformer, and it worked fine (1,500w draw on the 2,000w).

Works Great
Been using for a couple of months now - works great except I ended up replacing the powercord with one that plugs into our outlets and has a ground plug.

Got a bad one
It started smoking after maybe my 20th time using it. It worked fine when it did.. but I just had to bring it to be repaired. I was using my air fryer which is at a lower voltage and the transformer started smoking and stopped working

Perfect it is silent , i only had to get the right Plug to fit what it came with, i will recommend it to any one, especially persons purchasing those big screen smart TV's for their protection.

Don't have fuse!!!
The voltage step up-down supposed had a fuse... But the fuse didn't appear... So the device fail because a voltage failure and no fuse protected.... Bad thing...

Beware! This is NOT a Step-Up/Step-Down Converter!!
This product is a voltage STABILIZER. This means that it stabilizes or regulates voltages within certain ranges, which is useful in situations where current is unstable. HOWEVER, it absolutely, under any circumstances, does NOT step-up or step-down voltages between 110/120 V and 220/240 V, as stated in both the Technical Details and Product Description sections. Don't believe me? Order it yourself. I did. I give three stars, because for all I know it works great. It's just not what is described on the product page.
