Understand what you’re buying.
Will need screws designed for metal or use bolts if mounting in truck bed. I like the sleek/low profile design. Bracket doesn’t get in the way too much when the cooler isn’t in my truck. I did try the screws it came with just to see, I didn’t expect them to work with a metal truck bed. And the picture clearly has them mounted to wood. Other than that they’re great.

Holds ice chest securely. Doesn't move at all. Easy to install and use. Very good quality and low profile so you don't trip on strap supports.

Works well for cooler toe down
I use this to anchor down our 32qt RTIC cooler on our boat. I didn’t use the screws they included I had some already. Straps are nice as well.
