I am disappointed this did not work for me. It is great quality and I am sure it will work for others. But, it is large and awakward. It would be better for someone who has a large office space. I also have a web camera that is unadjustable, people can still see my office but with me sitting in a chair with a big round screen behind me. I am also disappointed that there is not way to return this item without paying $20 for ups to ship it. All in all it is a good product but I have definetly lost my money and have something that is unusable to me.

Expensive for what it is. The Webaround is large enough to provide a nice blank background. I don’t like that it remains wrinkled from being in the packaging. The wrinkles are noticeable on camera.

The first time I use this have no problem, opened it up attached it to my chair and was able to fold it really easily. The next time I tried to fold it using the same method per the directions (like a taco and then bringing the wrists in) and it would not fold up. it kept kinking in the wrong place and couldn't get it to form like a taco before it kinked wrong way. After a half an hour of trying I got so frustrated I ended up having to cut the material out of it so I could bend it up and throw it out. Such a waste of money.

Only need to make a slight adjustments.

I will preface this by saying that like most things, the difficulties I encountered may be due to human error on my part. The product seemed to be a good fix, as I do webinars and it easily affixed to my chair and served its purpose by providing a consistent, unobtrusive background. I followed the video on folding and storing the product in the travel bag but on the third time I could not get it to fold correctly despite still watching and following the video while I was doing so. Now it just does not come anywhere close to collapsing so that I can store it. I can still use it at home but will not be able to use it elsewhere.

I love the idea of this product and since I’m not needing to move it too often it does the job. It’s basically impossible to close or revert back to its folded shape. I’ve watch the video multiple times with attempts but can’t get it to fold properly (the spring in the product repeatedly pushes it open). Videos make it appear easy to close but it’s not.

I love that no image of anything else in the room is revealed on camera.

I have to say that although the item did not arrive on the day promised my interaction with the vendor was simply magnificent. The item arrived 3 days later due to the postal office Covid-19 outbreak. I contacted the vendor and they were not only super professional they took the time to explain what the problem was. This is a small family-owned business working and keeping their employees during the pandemic. They understand the need of the market for their products and they are committed to serve their market. The item is simply perfect. The size covers exactly the radius my Laptop Camera captures. It is perfectly done, top quality materials and finishes. Do not hesitate buying this product. You will not be disappointed. I have a small home office and I talk to 10+ clients daily using zoom. This is the perfect background! GET IT!
