In general i love these wood pens. These are well made. If you engrave them will be nice gift.

They are both economically priced and built. BUT they don't look cheap and they write nicely. I have not had the problem of the pen tips retracting under pressure. Mine have all worked as they should and I use them frequently.Update: i’ve used these so much I'm ordering a second set of 5.

Like these pens. Consider them a good value for the money.

They write well and I love the colors. I bought one box of the red and one box of the white.

Again, like their Redwood cousins, these pens look & feel good but tips tend to dry quickly if left uncovered. I use them in desk sets made from various burls found locally.MJP
