I like this mic
Good element. Nice range. I put mine in a CB hand mic and added a 2.2K resistor. Works great!

Slips and bounces around inside microphone
The plastic housing of this element did not fit snug in the microphone like the rubber housing of the original element did. Had to do some heavy modifications and shimming to keep it in place. Haven't even tested it yet cuz I'm still crabby about it.
