100% Merino Wool Oatmeal Aran Shawl Collar Grandfather Cardigan

I'm 200 lbs, 5'10", with a 36" waist. I got the Large. The fit is perfect! Not too tight, not too snug. Nice and soft too! The buttons are plastic, but that is the only lower-quality point I can find. I hope to use this sweater daily to keep me snuggly on the lower floor of my house over the winter. I may get brave and try wearing it with a tie at work. We'll see!

Love this sweater and it was worth the wait. Wool is soft, cable design is perfect. Shawl collar could be little bigger but doesn’t take away and stars. Runs a wee bit small so if you like your sweaters to be loose fitting, go up one size

Purchased first one in large fit okay but wanted more relaxed look, gave that one to father who really loves it. Purchased next in XL soft, warm but not sweaty hot it breathes with you. Love it.

This cardigan is VERY comfortable and warm. I notated that the size was "somewhat large," but I knew that going into it because I ordered it a little big. The price was fantastic for the quality of the product you get.

This is a quality product with beautiful knit patterns in it. Fits as expected, and love that I can wear this when it is both warm and cold out (one of the benefits of Merino Wool). Love the color and the feel of this cardigan. Will definitely be wearing this on a regular basis this winter!

This item is a fraud. It's not made in Ireland as represented. It's made in China. The buttons are not leather, they are plastic. The color is not oatmeal, it's a kind of silver grey. I don't think the material is wool. It had no material label. It's too small. It's a cheap Chinese knockoff. DON'T BUY.

Very nice, quality sweater. The rich cable design really shows well on the natural color wool. A great value for a true Irish Aron sweater.

I collect Irish made wool sweaters, I must have eight of them now, I bought my first when I was in Ireland. It was a treat to open my package and put on this new one. It is a true Aran sweater made in Ireland of Irish wool. I like how the sleeves are a little relaxed, the body of it lays nicely over clothes, it is a very soft Merino wool, the faux leather buttons are a nice old fashioned touch. I like the pockets because they are not too bulky. This is a light-mid weight wool nice for spring or fall or layering in winter. I like to wear it indoors with all the air conditioning in summer and on the beach or at the mountains on cool summer evenings. I have a collection of all kinds of colors and cuts, but this classic cream/oatmeal cardigan cut is my new favorite, I wish I had gotten one years ago.
