Veego fast
Ok this is my 3rd e bike. This bike is as claimed It will go 28mph and has a lot of torque. I weigh 215lb and it hummed along just fine. For the money it's probably the most powerful and well equipped full featured bike in this class. Most bikes are going to be 500 watt motors with a 10 or 11 amp battery. The difference is this has more torque which equals higher speed. This bike is a class 3 in California which means you have to wear a helmet, you should probably wear a helmet on all bikes since most bikes are capable of going fast and are often ridden around cars. So this bike is more of a cross over, it's as much about cruising and trail riding as it is urban transport. It's a lot of fun to ride and I'd classify it as more of an electric moped than bike due to its smaller wheels and low center of gravity and torquey response. The only negative here and this applies to ALL e bikes is the range. I received it fully charged and took it for a ride using mostly 9 on the PAS sometimes lower numbers and sometimes throttle only and I got about 18 miles before the battery died. Now in fairness it may not have been as fully charged as indicated as I didn't charge it but it indicated full and my other bike will show full even after a few miles ridden. So it's possible I could have squeaked out another 3 or 4 miles? Now some of you may be thinking well it says 50 mile range? Yeah well that may be true if you have the PAS set at 1 and then your gonna be peddling all that 50 miles with slight assist, which by the way is surprisingly good you just won't go as fast, the higher you have the peddle assist the faster you can go. If range is what your after I'd suggest using lower numbers and cruise around 10-15mph and then you will get the distance, so it's a trade off. All in all this is a pretty solid bike and all it's represented to be. The bells and whistles and build quality are very good with good components. There's cheaper bikes that are also very good and more expensive ones that don't give a whole lot more. I don't think you will be disappointed. Just watch that battery as although this bike peddles nicely on the flats, going up steep hills on peddle power alone is not easy ! The sturdy rear rack, the built in headlights usb charger for your phone and ample front and rear fenders are nice extras. This is a sturdy bike. I still say it's a completely different feel to my mountain bike style mainly due to the fat tires, feels like better traction and softer squishy ride. I did lock out the front forks and have tires pumped to 25psi as I was riding on hard surfaces.if anybody is interested my other e bike which I got here on Amazon is the e go lightning and it's also a great bike.

excellent
Very nice ebike at a good price.Sturdy, nice components, fast.Looks great. Bigger and heavier than it looks in these photos.I was a bit apprehensive about the lack of an upper cross bar, but it looks like it can handle an rough ride with no problem.Plus it is so much easier to mount and stand over.I have two other ebikes. A RadRover and one I built from an old GT-1 I had. Both are good, but the Rover is a little too big for me. This one is just right!Very comfortable riding and standing still. Wonderful seat. The display and programming is good.Definitely a keeper and probably going to be my #1 bike. Will update later...

Really a great electric bike
I absolutely love this bike.. I have wanted an electric bike for a long time but I was waiting until the beteer battery packs came out. This bike is as fun as it gets. Its reall more of an electric scooter but if you eant to exercise its good too.. Not alit of directions on how to use the bike but its quite simple.. The only thing is is that if you have it on peddle assist at 3 or 4 or higher be very careful because if you start peddling while turning around or something it takes off very fast.. Even though that is quite dangerous I still give it 5 stars because the bike is just that good.

easy to handle
Light, easy to handle, FUN and unique looking. It's made weekends an experience I look forward to. Such a great price too!! We looked for months to find a bike that could be taken with us on trips, easy to handle on the commuter train, great excelleration and makes going to the store a trip to look forward to with the rack we added for little erands around town and beyond. BEST bike we could have ever chose and worth all the waiting to find 'just the right bike' for me. My husband got one too which is double the fun!!!

Finally, a bike we can live with
The electric bike industry is evolving, primarily due to competitive forces. In the bad old days, we had lead-acid powered rattletraps which were laughable by today's standards. I had one of these and the best thing I can say about it is that it's gone. Currently there are a number of manufacturers producing quality products, but many of them are overpriced compared to what is being offered.Fortunately for us, the picture is changing for the better. A growing number of vendors have been able to figure out how to integrate parts from overseas into durable frames without sacrificing overall quality. The challenge is a keen knowledge of the market, which is always subject to change, reputable suppliers (difficult to find), and sales volumes which will allow for profitability at the offered prices. Scoozy is one of these vendors who has gotten it right. But onto the bike itself. A sturdy frame? Check. Lights front and rear integrated into the electrical system? Check. A drive system strong enough to power up steep hills? Check. A price which won't require a home equity loan? Double check. There are other nice features which you find out about when you've ridden the bike a while. You can hit a pothole without losing the bike or yourself. The fenders provide protection against the occasional puddle. When you pocket your key(s) after turning off the bike, the battery will not only be disabled but nearly impossible to remove from the bike. If you want to go really fast, the bike will do that, but I'd advise caution at the top end of the speed range, as you may need to stop or turn quickly at any time.Of course, only time will tell if all these features will stand up to years of riding. My previous bike had a motor and controller from the same manufacturer (Bafang), and survived years of hard usage (it's still going). So, five stars for now, to be updated if necessary.
