Trampoline Depot Premium Mat For 14 ft Round Frame Using 96 V-Rings For 8.5" Springs

The mat fit as expected and came with a spring tool to aid. Shipping had some problems, but was eventually corrected.

The trampoline mat that came with out JumpKing trampoline lasted for 15 years before the threads rotted out. We ordered a replacement mat from JumpKing in 2013 and within 2 years it was shot. Ordered the SkyBound mat and it fits perfectly. Can't tell how long it will last, hopefully longer than the JumpKing replacement mat we purchased in 2013.

Replacement fits great. Kids say it feels like a new trampoline. I had measured the spring length and ring count, went off the size on the box (was a clearance item at Walmart) and it ended up being the wrong size. Contacted Trampoline Depot and had the refund authorized. Ordered the correct size the same day and had the replacement installed 3 days later. They were quick to respond to communication, no complaints.

Going to have to give out only 3 stars due to the lack of customer service. The mat itself looked to be very heavy duty and was actually very nice.I had assumed our frame was 14'. It was 15' and I quickly realized this after the second spring. That was a fail on my part; however, I found the OEM website to call and give measurements to make sure I ordered the correct mat the second time. It rang forever then went to voice mail and I got a message in Spanish before the beep. I hung up and called the number again. I got some guy that claimed it was the wrong number and sounded really mad about it. He must be one digit from the OEM and gets calls everyday. He was livid. LOLClicked "return item," printed a label, dropped it a UPS and done. Refund was super fast. Ordered from another company.

Great product. I live in Riverside, Ca. It is hot in the summer. So we put the misters on it and wet it down. Making it perfect for our small family to keep cool together and I mean togather. All three of us at the same time. Were on the heavy side so this product works better then I thought it would.

So far, so good. Product fit frame and has been used by grandkids only, no one heavier than 50 lbs. Know more later !!

We just set it up. Everything fits great, looks great and we are so excited to be able to use our trampoline again!

This mat was a good fit for our Jump King trampoline and much cheaper than any of the other mats I found. I'm not sure how well it's going to hold up, though. Instead of laying perfectly flat like our old mat, this one pulls at each spring connection (I've attached a photo showing this).
