It's lightweight and gives nice coverage. I have mature skin and it looks luminous. I have a hard time finding colors that match my skin tone, but the cool medium matches well. I am also going to try the medium dark neutral. The weird and confusing thing is their color chart doesn't name the colors the same as the products listed for sale. I hope they fix that. The price point is excellent because This product is better then a lot of high end makeup. I would give it 4 1/2 stars if I could. I am also hyper sensitive to smells in makeup, but this barely has a scent. The liquid glides on and blends really well. Is very lightweight, but covers well. Give it a try. I would consider myself very nuetral/olive. Not too warm and not too pink but a touch of green in there. When I took this out to use, I had to shake it very well and squeeze the oil out before it finally thickened. After this I took my blendie to swatch and while it blended out seamlessly and gave my skin a satin-matte look, the shade Extra Light was a bit toooooo light. I am a pale neutral, bordering on cool, undertone and almost every foundation, is too yellow or too pink on me, even though they are listed as neutral. I bought both the Journn and the Saga, thinking the Journn might be too light, but it's perfect. The texture is nice, and I don't find it too matte or too shiny. There is a bit of an odd smell when you first apply, but it goes away very quickly. I am glad I finally found something that makes my face match the rest of my skin. Totally natural looking! The coverage is great as well and gives a smooth even tone to start with before applying the rest of my makeup.
