The 3D Club is focused on making the highest-quality 3D printing equipment and accessories on the market at an affordable price. As 3D printing enthusiasts ourselves, we're happy to sacrifice short-term profits in order to push the community forward. Our FEP sheets are professionally produced to maximize optical clarity and rigorously tested to reduce production errors. Our FEP sheets come in 0.05mm, 0.1mm, 0.15mm and 0.2mm thickness and come in a A4 size sheets (8" x 11", 280mm x 200mm). Each order includes 4 sheets packaged in a plastic resealable bag. All sheets are separated with a piece of paper for easy handling. Use 70-90% isopropyl alcohol when cleaning the vat and a microfiber cloth to clean the film itself. The FEP sheets are compatible with most 3D printer models.

Good, but beware there is no protection for shipping!
Bought the .2 for my photon printer, and everything works well, but it likes to suction to my LCD a bit and can cause a little light bleed due to that. Decided to pick up the .1 since the photon FEP is .125, but the package is HORRIBLE! With the film only .1 thick, you should have cardboard sandwiching the sheets (or with all thickness), but there is NO protection! All 4 of my sheets were damaged. Cannot use them, sending back.

Unusable for 3D printing; Not Clear.
The films have been shipped in a cardboard sleeve only protected by loose sheets of parchment paper. No protective film actually attached to the FEP.The FEP films themselves were covered in micro scratches and had mysterious parallel lines running all through them. They are far from being the glass clear I'd expect from FEP films (had a somewhat milky look on top of the scratches and lines) and resulted in several failed prints. I managed to get ONE semi-successful print out of these and that was a struggle.I recommend everyone avoid this brand in the future.

It's all in the tension.
Purchased 0.1 sheets for my Anycubic Photon S printer. One thing to keep in mind is proper tension.I wasted the first 1/2 sheet by putting way too much tension on final install step.I found if you use the large bottle cap method to prep the frame and then evenly screw frame into tray you should get an approximate frequency of 300 to 325 Hz when tapping it gently. This seems to be the sweet spot.If you get suction issues, place small pieces of cellophane tape spaced along the long side of glass and tray but in the dark areas outside of the print area.I've been printing nearly full bed prints for weeks without any puckering or other damage. It also helps that I slowed the lift speed to 1mm/s instead of default 3mm/s for the first 3 layers. Afterward the default speed was fine.Excellent quality but recommend that seller use slightly thicker cardboard for transport. I received mine slightly rolled and let it relax for a while before using.

Cheap alternative lead to cheap results
Bought a pack of these since I didn't want to pay the same price for 1 sheet from anycubic. Noticed right away the plastic wasn't totally clear, they have horizontal lines that alter the translucency. Gave them a shot for a little while and noticed that my prints would have more pronounced layer lines and occasional layer shift. Sometimes this would cause the print to fail totally. They seem to wear down much faster than OEM film does as well.TLDR; this product was a gamble for me and I lost.

Holes / Ripped FEP is a BIG issue with these sheets
I've ordered these a number of times now, over the last year or so.I have multiple MONO X printers, all using name brand resins and are factory leveled every week. With the last two batches of these sheets, I've had holes rip in them with under 20 hours of printing time, AKA only running 2 prints before the rips occurred. The rips/holes have occurred on two different machines, from two different packages of FEP sheets. This is not a printer or a single bad batch of sheets issue, this is a quality of the FEP sheet problem. So far, I've had FOUR of these sheets pop holes and leak all over the LCD screen.Do yourself a favor and get a screen protector for your printer ASAP. The 20$ pack of screen protectors have saved 2 of my machine's LCD screen twice over now.I'm not happy with this products failure rate. If it wasn't for the protective efforts I put in before using these sheets, I could have had hundreds of dollars worth of damage to my machines and downed printers until I could get replacement parts.Hopefully this company looks at their product and figures out a way to get better quality sheets to their customers. Until then, I will be exploring alternative sources for my FEP sheets.

Terrible prints, rips easily. Too thin for the Photon
Definitely will not buy again.Bought for my Anycubic Photon. Had no issues with the stuff that they personally sell, wanted to save some cash so I ordered this.So far, I've gone through three of the sheets given to me. Every other print it pulls and tears. Definitely returning. Would HIGHLY recommend finding a new source.UPDATE: found the reason for the failures. This product claims to be compatible with the Photon, it is not. The film that the Photon ships with is 0.015mm thick. This film is 0.005. It is far, far too thin to stand up to the suction forces.Shame on this company for advertising this product as "compatible" when it's clearly not. Do NOT order this product if you have a photon. I had to replace the sheet after each print due to stretching and tearing. Yes, i performed the steps correctly. It worked perfectly fine when i used the standard 0.015mm thick sheets.I returned the product. Do NOT buy for a Photon. If you have a different machine, go to your manufacturers website and get the specs of the film they sell and use that.

poor quality FEP sheets
Every one of the 4 sheets I received in my package has irregular, light distorting lines (variable FEP thickness or density?) across the FEP sheets. They will act as lenses and scatter the UV curing light, leading to irregular, poor resolution areas on your prints. In contrast, the more expensive, printer manufacturer's sheets I bought for my Qidi Resin printer are perfectly uniform and clear. I don't know if this is a temporary issue or not, but beware. I'm returning mine for a refund.

Cheap, flawed FEP for cheap printing
You get what you pay for. No protective sheet, just parchment paper between the FEP sheets. Scratches all over every FEP film sheet. Good thickness, and prints look OK. Subpar FEP, but if you are just cranking out minis that don't need high details, it works fine. Not bad for the money, but if you need full details on 4k prints, get OEM instead even though it's 4x the cost.
