Way too tight on arms - tried to send back but they want £3.99 just to be handed into a store?? Seeing as they cost around a fiver what's the point

The armbands are perfect. Ideal for keeping long sleeves at required height. Also no jagged edges to tangle wool or damage silk materials. Many thanx.
