So Sharp
Just got the Nakiri knife. It is meant for cutting vegetables, so I used it to cut up some carrots and potatoes. It is very sharp and cuts the carrots nicely. Not sure how well it will hold up in times. Despite the sharpness of the blade, I like the shape and the size of the handle. It fits very well in my small hand.

Despite the price, this in becoming one of my favorite knives to prep with. The shape of the blade and handle work well with my preferred style as well as the size of my hands (glove size 12).I just use it on veggies and cheese, so it's not like I'm abusing it...but the blade is thin and sharp. Time will tell if this knife will last. At this price though, unless the thing explodes or gives me an STD, I'll just get another one.

Not sharp
this one is not as sharp as Kiwi knife. It is hard to cut through sweet potato, if you do not sharpen the blade. The blade is thick and change color after just using for a week.

The knife you dream of.
Very sharp so be careful. This is a testament to great design. Buy yourself a sharpener with it and you will have a great kitchen companion for a long time.

I'm in love with this knife!
It cuts so smoothly and easily. Don't have it for a long time though so I hope it lasts and wouldn't need constant sharpening.
